Preferences -> Notifications -> Desktop Notifications are disabled If you need to enable desktop notifications, please modify your browser Settings

command + Q exit the app, then reopen it.

We use snap with a Caddy proxy server (included in the snap package "rocketchat-server"). Please test the new release 3.9.14. I found a bug that may be leading to this issue with some servers. Let me know if it persists.
No, unfortunately, there were no changes with notifications in version 3.9.14 :(( statuses, yes, it looks like they started changing every 2-3 minutes, but we are more concerned that there are no notifications, I ask you to solve this problem, the whole point of rocketchat disappears when you do not see any messages sent to you, until you deploy rocketchat manually.
On the updated version of the server snap 6.6.1 and client machines version 3.9.14, the problem with notifications remains, there is only sound and nothing else
