App desktop issues when click download file

When click download attached file It show choose folder to save, i I select folder and OK, after It show again, I accept again (if no this action it not save) then log Download show 2 event download for 1 file

hi After that, I saw this issue was fixed, but today I update new version app to 3.9.5, it go back: download file, user have to click twice
