[Feature request] Indicate that there is no connection to server in tray icon

Describe the bug Our company has server setup to disconnect users every other week, what I want is similar to this issue but do it the tray icon. (Maybe a purple dot or a X ?) We've setup email alerts to chat messages when user is offline but unfortunately it's not effective enough, people still misses messages.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup a Rocket Chat server in the client
2. Disconnect from the server
3. Nothing tells you that you are disconnected from the server

Expected behavior I hope there is an option to make it apparent on the tray icon when user is not connected.
