fix: Disable media key handling on Electron

Currently the media keys are captured by Rocket Chat when any kind of audio plays, such as video embeds which can be quite annoying if you use these keys for other content, and also can still hijack the keys even after content has stopped playing requiring you to fully restart the app to regain control.
