Omnipresent Windows Notification

Description:

The Windows Notification Rocket.Chat is still running is always present when Rocket.Chat's close button is clicked (and the app sent to the system tray). This notification is always displayed, even though that's the expected behaviour. It is understandable to display it once the first time the app is installed, but having it each time the app is restarted is too much.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Rocket.Chat on Windows 10
2. Click the close button at the top right of the application

Expected behavior:

The app should reduce silently.

Actual behavior:

A Notification is shown:

• Rocket.Chat Version 3.3.2
• Windows 10

Please test if the lastest release (3.7.0) has solved this issue. Electron is updated and can have solved this.

The latest release did not solve this issue. Tested on 2 W10 computers.

If I'm not wrong, we dont control the notification to be destroyed, we just create it. I will investigate it, but is not a big problem too. Other things works well?

Please test again using our latest release from Github that can fix it. I will be closing the issue but If it remains an issue, please reopen and update it.
