Repo/PPA please?

Considering deb and such linux packaging is already being done, can we please get a repository/PPA setup so we can get updates to our package manager? Pretty please? :)

This may be considered a duplicate of #163

But to get this into a more specific direction: an ideal solution would be to work upstream with the distributions to get to the point where a simple sudo apt install rocket-chat will install the application.

The huge dependency for this is electron which is not yet packaged but Debian has an RFP a wiki page detailing the status.
