Create Command Additions

[ ] Do some pre-checks such as ensuring the folder won't have any conflicts
[ ] Ask them whether they want the folder they're in or a subfolder created to be used
[ ] Move the existing templates out of the current code, they are all hard coded and inlined

@graywolf336 what prechecks do we have to perform, I am not getting it by your example ?

If they go to create an app and they already have directories or files with the names, we should ask if we want to place the ones there or not.
