[NEW] Support different themes: Dark, Gray, White

Would like to see a dark mode come to RocketChat+; legally blind colleague struggles with bright white UX, not at all disability-friendly.

@HammyHavoc We are working in a new layout for the app. For sure the theming will be present after deliver that layouts.

Yesterday we discussed internally about making the theme support a GSoC project (if we'll in this year - too early to discuss details about the GSoC yet). But it does not come as a simple feature. The idea is to have a good architecture to support it (which will make anyone able to build a theme plugin to plug in the app).
