Android User are every time Invisible

Describe the bug

Users, they are using the Android App, first are AFK, while they minimized the App. After seconds they are invisible. If they go in the App, they are Green. Save Mobile Volume are off.

To Reproduce

Use the App and minimize the app, while do other things.

Expected behavior

Users are Green or AFK not invinsible or looks like offline.

Devices and Versions

Android 9 Rocketchat: 4.0.2.2087 Rocketchat Server: 1.2.1

Any Ideas, how i can solve this?

Version 4.0.2.x is actually React Native.
