[NEW] Add possibility to create new discussions

Describe the bug

Currently viewing discussions works fine but there is no way to create one on Android.

Expected behavior

Maybe the context menu when selecting a message should have an option to Create discussion from there.

Howdy gang. I was wondering if this feature request had priority or if it has been triaged yet? Asking because I have a group that is very interested in Rocket Chat, but we really need the discussion feature to work on mobile as most of our users will be on their phones. Thanks.
