App does not work with "Real Name" instead of "Username" in UI

If the setting "Layout" / "User Interface" / "Use Real Name" (UI_Use_Real_Name) is set to "True", an error occurres when starting the app:
"Sorry, an error has occurred, please try again" (see screenshot) RocketChat-error-real_name

The initial sync isn't working.

If the setting is set to "False" the sync is working fine.

Version: 3.4.2 (2070) Server version: 1.1.3

On Samsung Galaxy S8 - Android 9

Can you please test on the latest Beta 3.5.0 ? There may be fixes for this already so it always worth trying.

I tested the latest BETA version 3.5.0 (2071) without success. The same error occurres!

Same happens to me...

Version: 2.1.0 Apps Engine Version: 1.6.0 Database Migration: 161

Running from docker image rocketchat/rocket.chat:2.1.0

The issue is solved!

It works since an auto-update in January. Last tested with Rocket.Chat for Android version 4.3.1.2101 and Rocket.Chat Server version 2.4.2.
