High mobile data usage for custom emojis

Describe the bug

We have in our rocketchat servers a lots of custom emojis (a couple of thousands) and we've found that the rocketchat app download all the custom emojis when you open the picker.

I think they should be paged or there should be a search by name and not download all emojis at the same time.

To Reproduce

  1. Add lots of custom emojis
  2. Open a chat and send one emoji
  3. Check data usage for rocketchat application

Expected behavior

Don't download automatically all emojis together

The amount of data RC consumes is beyond absurd. This should be a high priority problem to solve.
