Fix UI issues for file and audio attachments

Acceptance Criteria fulfillment

  • [x] File attachments now display multi-line descriptions correctly.
  • [x] A collapse/expand button has been added for file attachments.
  • [x] Audio attachments now render multi-line messages without overlapping.

Fixes #952

Hey @AyushKumar123456789 could you not implement "A collapse/expand button has been added for file attachments." because i had already raised a PR specific to it https://github.com/RocketChat/EmbeddedChat/pull/836 and it has been approved Thank You !
