Emoji selection disables the send message button

Description:

When the user selects a emoji in the chat input, the send message button is disabled.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to any channel
  2. Choose the emoji picker, and then hover on the send message button

Expected behavior:

The send message button should not be disabled when the user only want to send emoji
