feat: allow to bypass the Jitsi room lobby automatically

This PR allows users to automatically bypass a Jitsi room lobby.

This feature is very handy in case Jitsi is set up to automatically create a lobby for all rooms. The new setting introduced by this PR works together with the token_lobby_bypass plugin in Jitsi. All that is required is that the token created by Rocket.Chat includes the lobby_bypass claim in the user object of the context claim in the token.
