Can you share waymo config file or setting value like learning late or clip value, I want to reproduce your waymo experiment but when I use kitti settings learning rate and clip value, 3d ap for waymo has only 1.47 in level 1 for 'car' class which difference 'MonoRCNN++' paper present 4.28
