Cannot install the git

I tried "pip install" in several different environments, but it always reports the "subprocess-exited-with error". I am stucked here. Is there any possible ways to solve it?

I just tried to run pip install git+https://github.com/RobustBench/robustbench.git here, and it seems to work fine.
