Some of directories seems to be redundant / not needed anymore.

Some directories e.g.:

• o3de-demo-project/Platform/Android/
• o3de-demo-project/Platform/iOS/
• o3de-demo-project/Shader/Lib Some of them look unmodified (e.g. scenesrg.srgi) or are necessary to the unsupported platform.

There are a lot of assets outside the Assets directory (e.g. blouberg_sunrise_2_8k_iblskyboxcm.exr).
