Interactive marker controls don't work after middle-click drag

On Ubuntu 14.04, Chrome/Firefox.

If you open the interactive marker demo, then middle-click to translate in the viewer, then hovering over an interactive marker control doesn't highlight the control, and clicking on the control just rotates the viewer.

However, as soon as you click to drag in the viewer, the controls work again.
