Improve robustness of memory manipulation routines

On Windows, there are ways to allocate memory which is not physically backed until the memory is accessed. While I'm not sure how long this technique has been in use for, it seems to be an effective anti-reversing/cheating trick. That said, Robot should probably circumvent it.
