  • fix not working OpenNewConsoleWithSelectionAction
  • new file naming convention without '()' and spaces, only '_' and added file extension (incrementing files is solved by default)
  • support to rename LaravelTinkerConsole files, substituteName block this, naming enhances clarity
  • add toolbar with run and clear button (UI enhancement, scrolling to top of long file is annoying)
