Storing VIEW_OBJECT in CAS

With the new multi camera support additional information stored as a view in the CAS is not adrdessed. Some methods automatically prepend the cam id to the view nem others don't. #186 solves this for VIEW_OBJECTS, but it's only a temporary solution. A better approach is needed.
