Allow storing messages before chat begins

I have a feature request involving this screen

Sometimes I am waiting on this page for a few hours, but I know what I want to say whenever I am able to communicate with my counterparty. (I always want to send him info on how to pay me.) So I wish I could leave an encrypted message with the server, who will "push it" to my counterparty when they show up.

This would give me confidence that I can leave the page and go do something else, but my message will still get to my counterparty as soon as he shows up (i.e. neither of us has to wait)

Great idea, unfortunately this won´t work for the WS chat implementation. Deprecating and removing WS in favor of Nostr is part of the roadmap, so once we are there, this feature will be unblocked. Thank you!
