Robots have a strong preference for facing right

Description

All of the robots have a strong preference for facing right when not issued a face command otherwise.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run plays generally, if you full screen grsim it makes it more obvious than looking at soccer.

Result: Many robots are facing right, often including defense and the goalie if they are not blocking something specific.

It is right from the perspective of the team so watching sim2play is interesting because the entire blue team is facing one way and the yellow team is facing the other way. They persist like this during long move commands but don't appear to be so aggressive as to face right when standing still for no reason, only when some other move is involved.
