Configure cameras

Cameras are currently overexposed to the point all barrels show up white. We need to configure them. Maybe some sort of auto-exposure or something? The cameras should already be doing some sort of auto-exposure though........

I guess we should look through the bag files and see if this is a problem.

AC: Look through bag files, see if cameras have over-exposure problems (Since the cameras themselves already do auto-exposure). If so, write some tool / thing that does auto-exposure better than the built in one.
