Expose additional BuzzCard access export information

Expose whether a user was in the last export in both Nova and user-facing UI.

Nova is pretty straightforward, but where do you think this should show up in the user facing UI?

I don't think it fits well on any existing pages. Maybe if/when a "receipts" page is added we could put it there.

Slightly broader scope: add additional information for troubleshooting user inclusion in BuzzCard access exports:

  • Store and expose whether a user was in the last access export in both Nova and user-facing UI and any team restrictions applied to the export
  • In Nova, indicate if the user would be included in a new access export run right now
