Authorized Applications list on profile doesn't show applications that still have valid refresh tokens

If an access token expires but still has a valid refresh token, it doesn't appear as something you can revoke.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Sign into MyRJ Android
2. New entry appears on https://my.robojackets/profile
3. Wait 24 hours without doing anything in the app
4. Entry disappears on Profile even though the refresh token is still valid
