Draft: Auto build container and push to dockerhub

Since grSim isn't "our" software, throwing it into a container will make it much easier to install and run along side our software without any issues.

Gotta figure out if we want to push to master on this fork, or make a new branch for all our changes so pulling in changes from upstream is very easy
