Animation Editor: Drag Handles

Drag Handles need these three features:

dragging the handles need a ticking noise
a counter to show how far the handle was moved (ex: +0.5 studs)
somehow needs to overcome the issue of selecting handles from underneath the UI

The selection of handles from under the UI is an issue that will be fixed soon. The other requests are for new features and should be submitted on the ROBLOX developer forum for possible inclusion rather than here as a bug.
