Seems to be duplicate of #532.
Currently no one actually identified where is the problem, the easiest solution is just wait some minutes and then try again.

The Problem is that the WebRTC connection between peers is not properly closed. As the owner of Snapdrop does not seem to merge any PR, I created another instance that fixes this issue alongside many other improvements on: https://pairdrop.net/
