Instances list

It would be nice to add an instances list to the README so that users could use other instances when the official one is down.

Oh, well, I'd like to suggest moving that list to the README, as it's not exactly a "question".

However, s.hoothin.com is the only working one in that list, except maybe among the Chinese ones.
