snapdrop File creation date metadata not preserved

Transferred files from my Android phone to PC (Windows 10) and noticed the "Modified" metadata under Properties is set to the time of transfer. Normally when copying files via USB the Modified timestamp is set to when the file was created, both when moving and copying. Would be great if this could be fixed, it's the only thing keeping me from actually using this.

I could look into this, but looking all the other PRs hanging in there, it doesn't seem changes contributed do get added. Going to check if there are other forks that are relatively more active

Smaller fixes are much more likely to be accepted than large new features
