Feature request: send multiple files with confirm that everything has been send and receive

Hi, for my sister's birthday I asked my parents and her friends to send me all the photos with Snapdrop so I can make a little montage. In the end, nobody was really sure if I had received all the photos or if some transfer failed. If multiple files are selected, is there any way to display a message "all the files have been transferred successfully"? It will greatly avoid confusion.

Yes, this may be a little confusing… Anyway, you can see every single transfer complete when the circular progress resets and all the transfer complete (all files) when no other circular progress seems to load.

Maybe we could add an alert to make transfer status more clear, I’ll think about a solution 🤔

Hi, @Bellisario Thank you for your quick answer. I want to clarify the situation so you can better understand the problem.

If you took many photos and videos, you could have selected 50 files to transfer for example. You are not going to count how many circles have passed, they are too many and jpeg files sometimes transfer almost instantaneously.

if one of the transfers failed what is currently happening? I don't think I ever saw an error message, for me the transfer stop/freeze and it's in the same state as if everything has been successfully sent, especially if it freezes at the beginning of a new file transfer (but I can be wrong)

At the end of a successful transfer the page is not different as if you had refreshed the page by accident, (or your phone did it to save battery)

And maybe the transfer is actually not finished, you are just sending the long videos where you are struggling to light 70 candles for gramma's birthday cake.
