impossible to transfer to and by a A32 samsung phone but possible with other phone
Hello, I have 2 phones one samsung A32, one samsung s21, and a computer under windows 10. with s21, no problem i can send and receive to computer but impossible to a32, but i saw him on the screen with a32 impossible to do anything but we can see the other computer and phone... any idea ?

What web browser do you ues on A32? Try Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
I use chrome.... on both... I'll try to download Edge... Thank you

same thing it worked on my other Samsung device but not my a32 I am also using chrome on both window and my a32 and don't have any VPN or adblockers on both unless Samsung has some hidden setting that I'm not aware of the devices are both visible to each other but when I sent a file or message they are not received
The same for me. Just the a32...

I really hope we can find a solution because snapdrop is so convenient and really fast
and on my a32 it sometimes picks up the windows but I'm not sure if its that same one and when I try send something it doesn't work
I checked again and it now discovers both devices on both sides but it doesn't send anything

I tried it again a couple of days ago and it still doesn't work for me same thing as before
I tried again with wulingate...and now it's not working anymore with the a32... I don't understand...

I tried wulingate. My Android detected the PC. But, the PC does not show anything
on my galaxy tab s7 fe it does not work either. tried every browser.
the contact is showing up, and receiving messages, but wont pick up files.
wulingate.com did fine ... is samsung maybe actively blocking snapdrop to "advert" their solution?

I though it was something like that like Samsung as a hidden adblocking feature of some sort but I tried it on my s21 and s7 and the works perfectly fine on snapdrop I have tried it on wulingate.com
@martynojunk has also tried it on samsung s21 and worked so I don't think it is all Samsung devices
@kyu-27 I confirm that by switch to different browser. wulingate.com is much better. But, for iOS Wulingate for iOS browser shows the device and the Windows browser does not detect anything and I solved it by switched to snapdrop.net. So, it is like hit and miss
I've updated the wulingate.com's configuration, please try again with a Ctrl+F5 page reload, it should work better now.

Why are you trying to get users away from snapdrop? We should fix existing bugs for snapdrop.net instead of creating services which are literally copying the original source code...

The reason people here is that snapdrop doesn't work for them, why? Because snapdrop.net uses google's public stun server to accomplish webrtc function, but in some network environments, google's stun server can not work normally. This only affects a small number of people, and it's not a bug, it's just user side network issue, snapdrop.net's author won't change a stun server or a turn server for them.
What I did is just providing a working alternative for this small amount of people, if this alternative works, that's great, if it still not work, then we know it must have other reasons, it's exclusion method, and this is the way we locate and solve problems.
I'm using s20 fe and snapdrop is not working for me, tried wulingate.com and it works (not promoting or anything) - maybe snapdrop can be updated ?
