Changing encoding of xml tag

By default the encoding of xml tag is 'UTF-8'. I need to set this encoding to 'iso-8859-1'

Hey @HeitorBRaymundo, thanks for bringing this up. Unfortunately this isn't possible at the moment. But PRs are welcome!
