Light or no vertical and horizontal lines

Obsidian Map of Content is amazing. That said, the vertical and horizontal lines are distracting. Please create a settings option to have them dim to light grey or to turn them off completely. A snippet with ul, ol, li {border: none !important;} works, of course, but options would be nice
