Outstanding POs on Cod grant
There are several outstanding POs for Cod grant - I believe some should be closed out given stopping activity on .. What is the status of the following

PO-0100117315: Shows as partially paid ($16,800). This was an ordered submitted via TREQ. Looks like it's for lipid extraction. It appears PO was issue for $30,800. I don't think I submitted this, so I don't have any more info on why it's only partially invoiced. -
PO-0100035908: Shows as fully paid ($14,049). This was Azenta sequencing. -
PO-0100022608: Shows as partially received, partially paid ($17,270). This was Novogene sequencing. Discrepancy is likely due to a price adjustment, which meant we got billed less than we were quoted ($17,600). -
PO-0100065011: Shows a partially paid ($3,020). Psomagen DNA isolation and WGBS of 36 tissue and 4 blood samples. I think this was that failed project, so were not charged the quoted amount ($14,940.00). -
PO-0100045819: Shows simply as open PO; nothing invoiced/paid/received. Was sequencing project for 40 WGBS samples ($12,400). Based on lack of activity, suggests we did not go forward with the project. I'm guessing it was a precursor toPO-0100065011and we had to amend the quote to account for DNA isolation services.
I think I know how to close these out (excluding PO-0100117315).
I'll go ahead and do that.
Had to send an email to SAFS to figure this out, and submitted PO close requests via Workday PO closeout request form.
Following up. We're getting closer on these. A couple have been closed. A couple others require some behind-the-scenes help (weird "receipt in draft status" thing that I'm unable to address on my end).
