Server Freeze when teleport out from map world

When I play with my friend.We always using /tp for transfer goods.Sometimes when player teleport out from the map world,whole server just freeze.The only solution is restart the server.I am not sure if using the teleporter of map or using Teleport Back Scroll will cause the same issue.Unfortunately every time this problem happen it won't generate any log files or crash report.but if it happen one more time,i will try me best collect all the information from console.

I have the same issue. Sometimes when leaving a map the server decides to do nothing indefinitely
