act_is_not_enough issue

I dont understand what the error "act_is_not_enough" when i try to complete a mission. Am i doing something wrong or is this a bug. Please help!

It basically means that stamina is not enough so if you try to clear a stage with not enough stamina and no stones you cant clear it.

When it happens it is usually after i finish all of story so i will have around 800 stones at like level 200 but even when i enable it to use stones it wont complete any dokkan events.
