Instructions and needed files/libs

Hello, hopefully we can keep this repo alive with issues, pull requests etc.

So what would be great if - after your "final" contribution with newest code - there would be an extended readme file with additional information - what libraries are needed, what python ver, etc. This way we would be able to help others to compile/modify project by themselves. I'm not asking you nor anyone else to do it - I'm just leaving this issue here to be addressed in the future.

That's the plan, I expect to contribute these things over the week, and get zbattles functioning in some capacity. I'll have to outline the goals for the repo in terms of how I believe the translations for JP should be implemented etc...

My pull request adds readme section with required modules. It's not compiling to one file (not sure why, gonna check later) but works while using 'python3 dokkan.py'.

I have no idea how to do any of the installation if we could get a tutorial that would be highly helpful
