[Feature Request] Storing benchmark results, and run metadata in-cluster prometheus

Clsuterbuster should store the benchmark results and other relevant metadata in the in-cluster Prometheus database so that all benchmark results and system metrics are available in one single database.

The monitoring for user-defined projects can potentially be used for this purpose - https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/monitoring/enabling-monitoring-for-user-defined-projects.html

We can then add an analysis module to clusterbuster to visualize all the benchmark artifacts from the prometheus database (that clusterbuster already stores as part of the run).
