Reopen a minimized into tray window does not work on linux.

I'm unable to reopen the program after minimizing to tray. By clicking on the tray icon the icon changes but neither the icon disappears nor the main window reopens.

Using Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 (GNOME Shell 3.12).

I will deactivate the feature for every OS except for Windows and OSX.

Ok, good idea. We could fix it for the next version 2.0.1+
