Please publish the plugin to a widely used repo

Since http://repo.smokejumperit.com/ is down, I'm reminded that this plugin should be published to a larger repo, like Maven Central or Bintray. Bintray is easy to publish to, while Maven Central is more widely used and supports snapshots.
