Debian Stretch support

What about 9.3 support?
autoconfigure_usb0.sh said there is no ifconfig.

ifconfig is provided by net-tools, starting with "stretch" it's not considered "essential" by debian, thus not installed by default... However, we make sure to have it installed by default.
