Update project with cmake-init 0.30:

• Add auto update doc (with CI)
• Add CMake preset (optional but recommended)
• Better install/package support
• Add clang-tiny, codespell and cppcheck support (Will be activated in another PR)

In future PR:

• Add Gtest and Google Benchmark

This is a big change. Is there a clean way to maintain all the new file additions? Could we manage it via a submodule or something?
