Occurred again when updating win32 portable v0.0.40 to v0.0.41. Download proceeded and then installation pop-up never appears.

Just checked the operations viewer as well, and can confirm that the Check for Update and the Download and Install Update operations succeeded, so the problem seems to be happening...

Same as before: "Check for Update" and "Download and Install Update" both reported success, even though the update never installed the first time.
