  1. Do you have multiple HVAC's (or multiple configurations)?
  2. I see sometimes that the encryption key could be retrieved and sometimes it isnt retrieved with an error. This makes me assume theres multiple devices at play here.
  3. If 1 & 2 are true: Try to check which HVAC throws the error and try switching the encryption version between 1 and 2.

Let me know.

I have had a free match multi split with three pular splits for 6 months and I have not encountered a single problem with it. They all work wonderfully, so they are well compatible with the integration.

I also can confirm, multi split with Pular IDU is working fine (you should use encryption 2), but I've noticed that the devices not always respond to requests from different IP-s in the network. For example if I try to ping one unit from my pc, it will respond fine, but try the same from second pc and get timeout. Restarting AC or WiFi router (so the unit makes new connection) should help. And then once it made a connection it will not drop it (it hasn't happened to me yet, but it might).

Sorry it's only now. Changing the encoding system to 2 actually solved the problem and everything works fine :)
