Add traditional Chinese (zh-TW) translation

The extensionName is kept as is because translating the description should be sufficient.

Thanks for these translations. I will merge them once I start to add more languages (which happens when I have a way to test localized extensions with the web-ext tool).

Thanks for the reminder. I have lost track of this bug (and it looks like I don't have time to implement localization in web-ext). I'll merge this before publishing a new update. If you'd really like the update to be published sooner, let me know. Then I can upload a new version.
