msi for windows install

Hello all , Can you point me to a valid windows msi file ... It seems to be missing from the releases.

@mntetai The windows MSI hasn't been updated for a long time because of lack of man power here... However, you can compile btcd on windows 10 easily. If you still need help, please ask on LND slack i'll help you out.
