Add support for disallowing certain dates

It would be fantastic if you added support for disallowing certain date selections.

The most prominent examples would be disallowing selecting a weekend date. Also, being able to set a max and min date from which the range must come (i.e. can't choose anything before June 1, 2017, or after August 5, 2017).

I have added min and max properties and also a disabled-days property. You can see the updated demo : here

It would also be nice if the user would not be able to choose a year after the max or before the min date in the year dropdown (or click via the chevron buttons)
